1. Let your guy know how much you believe in him, especially when times are hard. Guys often equate their value with their paycheck. Help him realize that his value is far greater than money.

4. Get Moving.

No matter what they plan to eat that day every skinny girls plans to exercise one hour,(30 minutes in the morning and 30 at night), and even though they don’t accomplish that much they take every opportunity available to move around. Like parking farther back from the store rather than waiting for the closest space. I can't do without my makeup


Buying makeup can really hijack your budget if you let it. But for many women it's not something they're willing to give up. And now you don't have to. Just follow these seven secrets to save a little money and a lot of makeup.






  1. You can use a great lipstick color as a cream blush. Choose lighter shades and blend on after foundation but before powder.
  2. When your mascara is dry and not applying well, run it under hot water for 5 minutes. Good as new.
  3. Get more out of your liquid foundation and concealer and do your skin a favor by adding lotion to it. To do this, put about half the amount of foundation/concealer, that you'd normally use, on your finger or makeup sponge. Then add a pea size drop of face lotion. Gently swirl them together before applying. Think about how much longer you're foundation and concealer will last if you only use half each day.
  4. For a whiter smile, brush teeth with a bit of baking soda.
  5. Instead of expensive facial scrubs, use a small handful of regular white sugar. Just lather up your face with a cleanser, then scrub in the sugar using your finger tips in small circular motions.
  6. Q-tips work just as well as brushes. However, for really good, inexpensive brushes, visit your local art supply store.
  7. Vaseline is one of the best eye makeup removers ever.

Although space limitations prevent us from listing each of them (they all fall into the fruit and vegetable categories), here are a few foods to get you started: grapefruit, broccoli, beats, apples, lettuce, onion, strawberries, tangerines, cucumbers, garlic, spinach, turnips, asparagus, cauliflower, papaya, and zucchini.
  2. Drink cold water. Many people know they should drink a lot of water during the day, which serves many health and weight loss functions (water helps a person stay properly hydrated, fills up the stomach and fights off hunger pains, eliminates toxins from the body; all of these are of course very beneficial). But you can go even further if you drink cold water, which will cause your body to burn more calories while increasing your metabolic rate, which is always a good thing for weight loss.

Due to the fact that chocolate contains a lot of flavonoids (pigments found in plants that serve as antioxidants in the body which also help process Vitamin C — another great antioxidant), it can help you lower the chances of getting a stroke and also ward off heart disease. But you shouldn’t eat just any type of chocolate. Always pick dark chocolate (the premium variety), which is the lowest in fat as well as calories; and it contains the largest amount of flavonoids.
  7. Eat nuts (in moderation). A recent study concluded that a diet rich in nuts helped participants lose more weight than others who consumed the same level of calories throughout the day, but whose diet did not include nuts. I'm not too sure if this is true, sometimes you might just like a show because its entertaining, nothing to do with personality, like i for one love watching anything to do with vampires, does that make me one..........hmm just a thought.

Yes, men tell women what we think you want to hear because, let's face it, you're going to decide if we're having sex tonight. If you ask us to communicate, we think it's a trap. Women say they want me to be honest, but when men let it rip, women don't like the answers.
